Founding list terms

Last updated 21 October 2026

The short version

Who we are

Proplet is run by Proplet Technologies Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17511088, with our registered office at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. You can contact us at [email protected].

What the founding list is

The founding list is for the first 50 landlords to use Proplet. Reserving a place puts you on the list. It isn’t a purchase or a contract, and you don’t pay anything to reserve.

Proplet is software you use to manage your own properties. It isn’t a letting agent, and you stay responsible for your properties.

When you get access

We’ll open Proplet to founding landlords in small groups, starting in early 2027. Before your group starts, we’ll email you the full terms of service and a plain-English notice of what Proplet reads and stores. You decide then whether to start.

Your founding price

Your founding price depends on how many homes you let with Proplet: £8 a month for up to 5, £14 for 6 to 20, and £25 for 21 to 50. Prices include any VAT. For more than 50 homes, we’ll agree a price with you before you start. We confirm your price by email when you reserve, based on the number of homes you tell us.

Your first month is free, and your price is fixed for 12 months from the day your access starts. If the number of homes you let changes, you pay the founding price for the new number. After those 12 months, founding landlords always pay less than our standard price, and we’ll give you at least two months’ notice of any change. There’s no contract, so you can stop at any time.

Leaving the list

Reply to any of our emails, or write to [email protected], and we’ll take you off the list and delete your details.

If things change

We may update these terms, or close the list before every place is taken. If we do, we’ll email everyone on the list. If Proplet doesn’t launch, we’ll tell you and delete your details.
